Baclofen Intrathecal Injection is indicated for the management of severe spasticity of the spinal cord via a surgically implanted infusion pump system to deliver precise amounts of the baclofen solution. Baclofen is widely prescribed for the treatment of spastic movement disorders, especially in instances of spinal cord injury, spastic cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis and Lou Gehrig's disease among others. It is estimated that more than 15 million people worldwide are affected with this ailment.

Caspofungin is one of the first in the advanced anti-fungal drug class called echinocandis. These antifungals are indicated for the treatment of serious and/or resistant infections. It is often used in patients who cannot use or do not respond to other antifungal medications.

Asepsis expects the 50 MG Lyophilized vials due to be released for commercial distribution end of second quarter 2012. Amphotericin B is indicated to be used mainly to treat progressive and potentially life-threatening fungal infections. Amphotericin B Liposome Injection is commonly used to treat cryptococcal meningitis among HIV patients as well as other infections.
